  • By registering on the Melcor platform, the user agrees to these terms of use.

Platform Usage​

  • Users can sell and buy goods and services using digital assets.
  • All transactions on the platform are public and can be viewed on the Ethereum blockchain.

Security and Privacy​

  • Melcor utilizes security systems such as escrow and collateral deposit mechanism to ensure transactions are secure.
  • Chats between users are encrypted, ensuring confidentiality of communication.

Liability​

  • Melcor is not responsible for loss or damage caused as a result of using the platform.
  • Users are solely responsible for their actions on the platform.

Payments and Commissions​

  • The platform uses the NetSyde token (NSD) as its native token.
  • Sellers can select a token for payment, and depending on the token selected, a commission is set for using the platform.

Changes to Terms of Use​

  • Melcor reserves the right to make changes to these terms of use. All changes will be published on the website.

Dispute Resolution​

  • In case of disputes between users, they can turn to a guarantor to resolve the dispute (if a guarantor defense mechanism is chosen).

Final Terms​

  • If any provision of these terms of use is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
