Open Dispute

Checking the correctness of opening a dispute.

Preconditions

  • the user is logged into the system
  • the user has ordered or been ordered a product
  • the product has a protection system using an escrow
  • the order is paid

Steps

  1. go to the order page in the messenger
  2. click on the product name
  3. click on the Open Dispute button
  4. confirm the transaction
  5. wait for the transaction to complete

Expected Result

The dispute is successfully opened, any interactions between the buyer and seller are limited (except for chat).

The escrow has the ability to resolve the dispute.

12 points
